Siddharth has recently said that he will be announcing few of his exciting projects very soon. One of it was already announced with producer Dil Raju. The other one is – crossover director Deepa Mehta’s take of Salman Rushdie’s famous novel Midnight’s Children.
Siddharth, though his debut movie was in Tamil, is a star in Telugu industry and has made a huge impact in Hindi with his two movies Rang De Basanti and Striker. He is also acting in Walt Disney’s first Telugu movie Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu - a socio fantasy movie with lots of visual and special effects.Presently Siddharth is in the USA, shooting for his next movie 180, a bilingual. Both Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu and 180 are expected to release next summer. Probably Baava didn’t do what Siddharth expected of it, but looks like he is bent upon making his mark internationally with Deepa Mehta’sMidnight’s Children.
